I've just downloaded JD Testimonial component and module at here.
I am using joomal 1.5.11.

After installed it, I directly go to JD Testimonial section to configure anything that need me to do it. But I found something's strange, some of input box or option seem disappear, means that I can't input anything for some fields.

At tab 'Settings'
1. children tab 'General Settings'
Allow feedback without order number? - Ok
Order status before customer can write a testimonial: - this is the problem, I can't see any input box or options for me to fill in
Display number of testimonials - Ok

2. children tab 'Reminder settings'
Sent reminder - Ok
After how many days? - Ok
No reminder if order is older than how many days? - Ok
Order has status - this is the problem, I can't see any input box or options for me to fill in

Please help.

I found the root cause, the table _vm_order_status is empty.
