I install the JD Testimonial on 2 of my websites.
For information, I am under joomla 1.5 and VirtueMart 1.1.

I configure the component, makes testing and the email was sent.
So I put this function in production on my site.
But now no email is sent.

I do not know where to come!

Here is my configuration:

Allow feeback without order status: No
Display number of testimonies: 25
Reminder of sending: Yes
After how many days: 4
Not recall if the order is more than how many days: 30
Order status: Shipped (Shipped in french)

The configuration of joomla email:
Php mail function

Sending email on a component other than JD Testimonial works well.

Can you help me solve this problem because I do not see at all where that might come?

Can you see any entries in Orders sent?

Did you create a file called mail_french.html in the folder: administrator/components/com_jdtestimonial/templates ?

I assume your language is set to French.

Yes I can see the command to which the email has been sent!

Yes I create and upload the file mail_french.htm and yes I use the language is French!

An idea?
