My emails are not going out, it has installed okay and I can create manual testimonials.

My settings are:
Allow feeback without order status? no
Order status before customer can write a testimonial: Shipped
Display number of testimonials 3
Sent reminder Yes
After how many days? 30
No reminder if order is older than how many days? 120
Order has status Shipped

I have even logged into the component every day to see if this triggers it.

to fewer days, now the emails are being sent out after 30 days! reminder = email

yep 30 days as want them to try the products and then provide feedback.

Will test on less days to check it is working then move it back up to 30 days.

tried 5 days, still nothing in the orders sent, went into backend and front end of testimonials to try and trigger it

hehe, its not so easy like you think.... set it to 1 day, place a few orders and you will see....

it works for over 200 stores already now, so it will also work for yours...

will try it at 1 day, but thought this value was wait X number of days after the status of the order has been set to say "Shipped" then send the email out.

Correct...that it is...

but 30 days is so far away you need to wait 30 days to test it...

but unless you have some kind of weird joomla configuration it must work flawlessly...
