What PHP version do you have installed? Minimum required version is PHP 5.

I have a problem myself and the url in the email is here

this just links me to a page that has no form. Not sure what the url should be. using joomla 1.5.10 and virtuemart 1.1.3 and using artiosef which has had it cache cleared.
is there any more information you need or have you any idea where i should look next?
