First I like to thank JD for their outstanding job! This JD Testimonials is far more better as any guestbook when using VirtueMart! Really great!
I read about a pro version comming maybe, so i like to contribute my wishlist. Maybe this will help to make the component even better!
I would use buy the pro version if some of the options would be included.
- A test option would be great, so we can "see"what kind of email my customers get....
- An import function from excel, sql or txt file. This way we do not have to trow away the old messages from previous used guestbooks
- A setting to sent the first invite after some days and another setting to sent the reminder
- An email option to sent an emal to administrator when x items are pending to check and publish
- An option to auto publish testimonials
- A filter for bad words
- Possibility to select one or more status
- Possibility to use for smillies which makes the message more friendly
- Possiblity to leave favorite website
- Possibility to leave email
- Possibiltiy to use real name or username
- Possibility to view all testiomanilas on multi page sorted by date
- An admin search for testimonials in the backend for easy editing...
- The use of an editor in the backend to edit testimonials....
Module:
- An option to go the page with all testimonials (the component page) e.g. "" See more testimonials"
- Maybe an option to let some of them scroll....
- Option to display a number of latest testimonials
