No e-mail sent 2 Years, 2 Months ago  
Hi there,

I've installed the component en mod.
I made a new status in VM like: Done
So when i've sent the order to the customer i can switch the status after 2 day's on Done
I expect the component sent then a e-mail to invite the customer to make a testimonial.
But my list is emty. No invitation is sent bij the component.

Second test: i changed the invitation sent to status Order Sent.
Mmm also no e-mail sent to the customer.

What is goin on here do you have a workaround for me?

Hey Micha,

What are all your reminder settings?

This is how the process works. After you change an order to Done in VM, the order status is updated in VM. The component checks once a day if mail needs to be send out. This is provided either you go into JD Testimonials in the backend or the module gets triggered on the frontend (like loading the page). These are the two triggers that will set off the check to see if something needs to be send.

Hi Roland,

I have test it with the settings from the zip file but there is no trigger. When i place a new order the Testimonials send screen is emty. What can i check to find the fault.

bm_jd_testimonials (3 entries made bij myself)

bm_jd_testimonials_orders: (order_id and date_sent_mail are emty, no entries)
