Input fields are wonky! 1 Year, 2 Months ago  
I just installed this to allow testimonial for my company. but the input fields are a bit off and might be confusing to my customers.

mysdplumber.com/index.php/testimonials

you need to log in to see the fields,

User: demo
pass: demo

Any info you can give me to help fix this would be great

you can easily style it using css...
